My mini-program designed with the exact wellbeing needs of new mums in mind
Maybe you've got the urge to get on top of those cravings, increase your energy and feel healthy - But all the information online suggests eating loads of salad and veg and frankly you can't think of anything worse.
You've tried 'diets' before and they didn't work - Sometimes you can keep the weight off for a few weeks or months, then it frustratingly creeps back again. Anyway, you're too busy to follow trendy eating fads for too long.
You've looked through 'healthy' recipe books and followed blogs - But you end up buying a whole load of strange and expensive ingredients you don't like, and which usually end up in the bin.
You're worried you'll be hungry all the time - The food you're 'allowed' to eat won't be tasty/satisfying/there'll be too many salads.
You sometimes feel drained, depressed and tired - You don't want to feel worse because you're starving and not 'allowed' to eat any treats.
You long to feel slimmer and wear whatever clothes you want.
You want to feel confident, happy and energized.
But also want your food to be tasty and satisfying and NOT leave you hungry.
You want bags of energy to have fun and play with your kids!
So who am I, and more importantly how can I help you?
I'm a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and mum of two. I've spent around ten years studying nutritional science - through trial and error and formal study. I lost all my excess baby weight after baby #2 almost instantly, whilst eating healthily and most definitely not starving myself ... I love to eat as much as the next person.
But it hasn't always been that way. With baby #1 I can paint a very different picture ...
I'd had antibiotic treatment after the birth and my weight ballooned.
I felt exhausted, spaced out and had huge energy dips throughout the day which left me reaching for the biscuit tin.
I really thought I did eat healthily (mostly), and I thought that feeling this way was normal after having a baby. Let me tell you - it doesn't have to be!
Now I'm 2-3 dress sizes smaller than I was 10 years ago, I have loads more energy and I definitely don't spend hours in the kitchen - my talents lie in getting healthy, nutritionally balanced and filling meals to the table really fast.

Bonus 3 - Nutrient checklist infographic
A handy reference guide that you can use to easily check whether the recipes you're looking up online or in books/magazines are nutritionally balanced, and that you can easily take anywhere as a guide when eating out.
Not a problem. Just pick the recipes which do appeal to you and go with those in the future. We all have very different tastes and the idea behind this program is to showcase various ingredients and methods that you can easily incorporate into your diet - who knows what you'll discover!
Can't I just find all the recipes I need on the internet?
There are loads of really great resources available online, and I recommend a few in the resources section of the program. The problem is the amount of recipes available is seriously overwhelming. Its tricky to know which ones will work out, and more importantly whether or not they're nutritionally balanced and will fill you up and keep the dreaded cravings at bay.
Do I need to buy any new kitchen equipment?
The only item I recommnend purchasing is a good quality blender, such as a Nutribullet. If you don't fancy trying a smoothie its not a problem, simply skip that day and try a recipe from another day. Most of my clients love using their Nutribullets and are surprised at how appetising the results are (think more along the lines of chocolate milkshake for breakfast!)
Do I need to buy loads of new, expensive and hard to find ingredients?
Not at all. I introduce a couple of ingredients you may not have heard of - purely to get you trying new things and moving you away from certain foods which may not be agreeing with you - but these are generally available in supermarkets and not much more expensive than every day ingredients. 90% of the ingredients are every day items you'll probably already have in your kitchen.
